Today, all thickness measurement devices should be able to work on the principle of double reflection, which makes it possible to measure throu the paint (without paint damage). In our work, we use German Krautkramer DM-5E devices that support this function.
All our measuring equipment (thickness gauging, calibrating plates, devices for measuring grooving and pitting wear) are regularly calibrated at the national center, in accordance with the our procedures.
